JAY ENGHAUSER (they/them/theirs/elle)

Jay Enghauser is a nonbinary, bisexual writer and editor. They are currently the Event and Promotion Coordinator for Grass Roots Books & Music. They earned a creative writing BA from Oregon State University magna cum laude, graduated the Denver Publishing Institute, and are a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. They live in the Willamette Valley with their husband and four pets.

During their time at OSU, they were the Editor-in-Chief of PRISM, secretary of the Creative Writing Society, and a writing consultant for the Undergraduate Writing & Research Center. In 2023 they were awarded the Bernard Malamud Memorial Scholarship for Creative Writing Majors and received an honorable mention for the Undergraduate Weaver Award for Poetry.

Their creative works have been published by the literary journals Maudlin HouseGrande Dame LiteraryJakeTheMag, and others.
